Booking and payment

• Prices are per room per night, in Tanzanian shillings (TZS), and are shown before you pay.
• When you book, the room is held for you for a short time while you pay. If payment is not completed in that time, the hold ends and the room is released.
• Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. You then get a booking code and a confirmation by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
• Payments are processed securely by PayMe Africa / Selcom (mobile money or card). We never see your card number or PIN.
• Promo codes apply only as stated and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in is from 14:00; check-out is by 10:00.
• Door and WiFi details appear on your stay page from 24 hours before check-in.
• Please bring a valid ID or passport. We may ask to see it on arrival.
• Only guests named or counted in the booking may stay overnight.

House rules

• Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM
• No smoking inside the house
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Registered guests only, no overnight visitors
• Keep shared spaces (kitchen, living room) clean and tidy
• No pets allowed
• Treat the property and furnishings with care
• Report any damage or issues promptly
• Lock doors when leaving your room or the property

Damage and conduct

Guests are responsible for damage to the property or its contents caused during their stay, beyond normal wear. We may end a stay without refund in cases of serious breach of the house rules, illegal activity, or behaviour that endangers others.

Liability

We take care to keep the property safe and accurately described. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, or for interruptions outside our control (such as power, water or internet outages from public supply). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Tanzanian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
